in this house of life
happy lives its master
threads sew day to night
with value and respect
work important money plenty
time to relax as well as work
friends give honor by their joy
if more is asked more is given
the love of God here is found

reads like a hymn, feels like a prayer.
I actually checked it by singing it while I was writing it. I've been in such a dark mood lately I felt I had to write something that would make me feel good as I read it. One of life's little happy pictures!
