A small sweet tear of a poem

Thanks Sue! Don't you just love the Japanese poetry forms? Thanks for enjoying this.

hey russell, you really are kind to me and i love it! thanks!
wanted to ask you what is the difference between a senyru and a haiku

Russell Ragsdale said...

You're always welcome Gulnaz, and most deserving! Senyru is like Haiku in every way except the theme is about people rather than nature.

I have a great admiration for those who are able to write Haiku. It is a form of poetry that i love.
And this is an excellent example.
Senyru?
Hmmmm, I will have to discover more!
