Collateral damage made real

(For Ash and his birthplace)

Within the rubble,
Child’s face, doll’s face, unblinking
Blushing in red dawn

It is necessary to do all that one can as a person in the time of the madness of political ambition. I grieve for your land, your people, and ,most of all, for any close to you that might be in danger due to these horrible events!

This is so sad and so very real! Brought to me images from the recent bomb blasts in Mumbai (was once caught in them myself)..

I grieve for all the innocent who die for all senseless reasons and political ambitions..

Thank you Russell.

Thanks Pins! The misery of human origin is an ever growing sorrow. I sad that you had to experience some of it personally but very greatful you survived. Thanks for the wonderful comments!

Thanks Cecilia! I am very greatful for your kind comment. My heart hurts for Ash and the many like him that are understandably so sad and worried now. I wish there was more we could do.
