This is the quad of the campus. It has some rather nice flower gardens and some pleasant lawns. I'm very fond of this part of our campus, as well as our new library. This is a happy and well enjoyed environment. Thanks for commenting gautami tripathy.

nice picture!

there is something soothing about campuses....non threatening, inviting. one can just imagine the open intellectual enviornment of such places.

Hi Gulnaz! I'm a real sucker for campuses; some of the happiest moments of my youth were spent there. I love it when students' minds open up. Thanks for the comment, gentle lady.

Hi Pat! Glad you enjoyed this picture. Do I hear a note of jealosy? She's really a sweet young lady. She's one of my students.

Thanks Andrew! Glad you enjoyed it (the day was wonderful too, bright and warm, in spite of fall's usual coolness). Thanks for the comment.
